I had a pretty good experience at this location. No issues with gloves or anything sanitation wise. There is also a drive through in case you don't want to get out of your car.
The food was good, and tasted fresh, so that worked for me. I ordered water, and didn't pay attention so I ended up getting charged for bottled water instead of getting a cup.
Other than that, service was decent, food was good and the manager and most of the workers seemed nice.
If you feel like Subway on the Northeast side of El Paso, this is as good a place as any. -

Horrible customer service. The server was rushing me and no one else was in the restaurant very rude lady also horrible attitude. I dont recommend to go inside to eat

We had a terrible service at the Subway on Fairbanks. The employee helping us had a terrible customer service, bad attitude, smashed our sandwiches several times, was flinching the vegetables back to the holding station, ranged us up wrong on the register, and still the manager backed her up. Yes, I was upset that we got bad service and told her about it. I use to go there all the times but they lost my business.
